Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, via Royal Mail.
Shipping Method & Cost
Standard UK shipping is £4.99, and is free on orders over £150. Express shipping is £6.99 and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for delivery on the next working day following dispatch. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, qualify for same-day dispatch where applicable. Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Dispatch Times
Express orders qualifying for same-day dispatch will be processed in accordance with the cut-off times above. Other orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All orders are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging.
